Hi Judy, thank you for your letter. There was much wisdom, and calm,

rational thinking in it...something I've been struggling with the past

few weeks. Wading through these bouts of depression feels like walking

in a swamp...every move, every healhty thought takes extra effort.

You are so right, and I do have a list of my meds/doses I give to

providers. It is complicated. But important. I am making a big ol'

detailed list of meds/doses/diagnoses for the anestesiologist, as I was

advised to.

I'm so sorry to hear you're having to cope with depression. I've been

battling it myself the past couple of months, and I know how emotionally

crippling it is.
