LONG-TERM TEA CONSUMPTION LINKED TO BONE MINERAL DENSITY

Habitual tea consumption for more than a decade increased total-body

bone mineral density (BMD) in Taiwanese men and women, investigators

report in the Archives of Internal Medicine for May 13. A total of 497

men and 540 women, ages 30 years and above, were interviewed by Dr.

Chih-Hsing Wu and associates, of the National Cheng Kung University

Hospital in Tainan, Taiwan.
