Re: Good rheumatologist in Florida???

Hi,

After 8 yrs in AZ (Moved from PA due to rheumatoid arthritis), I will be

relocating to Florida. Most likely the west coast. I was hoping that someone

could give me a name of either a rheumatologist or Internist who is

excellent and who is not afraid of offering pain medications as needed for

severe RA.

Unfortunately I have had RA for 19 yrs now and feel that I know as much (or

more)as the doctors and how they hate that!!!After Kineret for the last 4

months, it is unbelievable but my labs are worse now than before and they

were bad in January...C-reactive protein is now 3 times worse than in

Jan..go figure since Kineret is supposed to decrease inflammation????So I

need a doctor who at least keeps up with the latest treatments.If anyone

has any names for me I sure would appreciate it.
