I've been thinking a lot about that this winter, realizing that I can't possibly be receiving any from the sun. Where can you get it apart from supplements and " fortified " foods in the winter? I wonder if " flu season " is at least in part a product of seasonal vitamin D deficiency, but that's another discussion. chris We've had this discussion in detail last month, most recently, as well as before http://www.insinc.com/onlinetv/directms13oct2005/softvnetplayer.htm And check out the Vitamin D, UV light, cancer, and cataracts thread from around 23-24 January. Bottom line, supplementation with 2000-4000 IU of Vitamin D3/day is probably not a bad idea. Sticking yourself in the sun for seven minutes with most of your clothes off provides the free equivalent (or more). Maco
