Vit D is fat soluble (stored in our adipose mass) so It seems a few visits to the beach in Florida (or the South of France) in mid winter should be good preventive health care.I find my attitude improves after a good dose of sun (I jog outdoors year 'round weather permitting), but I suspect there's more going on than just the Vit D. JROn Feb 8, 2007, at 11:20 AM, wrote:-- "chris" ucla_mishka ucla_mishka wrote:> You've got a good point about vitamin D.
