In which it says 2-4 glasses a day are desirable for men.

Also I recall another post (which I couldn’t find) which I believe was posted by Rod (and perhaps he can find it), which stated that the more wine the men in the study drank, the longer they lived (up to of course the point of liver damage or alcoholism).
