Guest guest
Hey, long-time lurker and 4 year CRONie with some questions about the practice of CRON with severe idiopathic scoliosis. 1. Aside from bone density issues (I'd imagine that lessened bone density could make a bad situation worse in regards to scoliosis), are there any possible hazards to practicing CR in people who have scoliosis. 2. My curves are pretty severe, and it's been estimated that I would be between two and three inches taller if I didn't have scoliosis. When calculating my BMI and using the US Navy Body Fat Calculator and similar tools, should I take into account that I actually have the skeletal system of somebody two inches taller than my measured height? I don't want to ever go below a BMI of 18.5 or a bf% of 8%, so I'm concerned about the way that those two inches of curves could impact my measurements. Thanks! -
