Guest guest
All I had a litte extra time today and entered my supplements to my typical meal's day in Cron-O-Meter. It was an interesting exercise. It seems my dietary intake of copper is very high at 600% of the RDA. That may be from high nut consumption. Does anyone know if there is any danger in oversupplementation of copper? I'm vegetarian, so I feel supplementation is important for my nutrition.
