Guest guest
I just realized i violated my own standards... I gave a nutrient comparison "per gram", yet when it comes to CRON, and as I always emphasize, the more important comparison is per calorie, as that is our limiting factor. We need the most nutrients per calorie, not per gram. So, here it is redone... (the results are the same) White meat chicken has 520 mgs/100 calories, Wild Atlantic Salmon has 413mgs/100 calories Even eggwhites have 769mgs/100 calories Soybeans, thought to be one of the higher plant foods in Methionine, have only 130 mgs/100 calories and almonds have around 33mgs/100 calories another plant foods thought to be higher in methionine.
