I don't eat pizza, Big Mac...etc....it's all NATURAL leafy greens, veggies, beans, lentils, some wild rice and a fish or chicken once a week.....truly no fats/processed/junk, etc.... Is it really possible to gain weight on that? When I turn 50? My intake is about 1500k a day. Sometimes 1200--depending on how I feel/schedule/busy-ness of my day... I can't imagine surviving on less k. (YIKES!) Less volume of greens perhaps...but not less k. But this has been my whole life.
