But I don't eat a SAD....for all practical purposes...you could

describe it as a standard African diet........

I don't eat pizza, Big Mac...etc....it's all NATURAL leafy greens,

veggies, beans, lentils, some wild rice and a fish or chicken once a

week.....truly no fats/processed/junk, etc....

Is it really possible to gain weight on that? When I turn 50? My

intake is about 1500k a day. Sometimes 1200--depending on how I

feel/schedule/busy-ness of my day...

I can't imagine surviving on less k. (YIKES!) Less volume of greens

perhaps...but not less k. But this has been my whole life.

Nobody said you were going to gain weight at 50. Actually your caloric intake is quite low and you probably won’t.
