" http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/health/6906377.stm DUH!!! Didn't the WUSTL study find that ***CR*** in humans reduced fasting insulin to a level 80% below that of controls? Do they think exercise and ON reduce insulin by more than 80%? And if not (or even if they do) then why did they fail to mention CR? The PC Police in action again I think. Rodney.
