Guest guest
Is soy flour acceptable for you? Or corn meal or its variant, masa harina? If so, I'll do some experimenting... Marsha [ ] CR Recipe for Banana Bread? Well the basics banana and walnuts are needed in a good diet but the rest of the usual ingredients for this much-missed treat of mine are unacceptable. Anyone have a good recipe for a CR acceptable banana bread? I don't have flour in my diet or sugar (easily replaced with splenda).
Guest guest
You might try our " links " section which contains many member's recipes. Although we don't have a banana bread recipe, perhaps reading the other recipes will give you some ideas for substitutions. > From: Marsha Finley <empyrean@...> > Reply-< > > Date: Sat, 19 May 2007 14:51:49 -0400 > < > > Subject: RE: [ ] CR Recipe for Banana Bread? > > Is soy flour acceptable for you?
