Guest guest
Our good ole stomach has a PH of about 1. Hydrochloric acid is pretty stong stuff. The dissolved stomach contents exit at just above that level. Our blood has a PH about the mid 7 range, and is tightly controlled by a number of different processes. The body fights very hard to maintain this PH blood level. If you eat alkaline, or high PH foods, the stomach will generate more acid to start the digestion process, and the body will continue it's own balance processes to maintain it's medium PH.
