I, and many members of my family, naturally have blood pressure on the low side and I experience both leg cramps and postural hypotension if I don't watch my sodium to ensure adequate intake. Let me emphasize, however, that adding sodium to your diet should always be done in cooperation with your doctor. You want to be clear that there are no other electrolyte imbalances in play and that your blood pressure is monitored over time. Sodium is extremely easy to overconsume. And personally, I prefer a can of V-8 juice which clocks in at 930 mg of sodium, tastes better than salt water and provides potassium, lycopene and other nutritional benefits. -jj ________________________________________________________________________________\ ____ Shape in your own image.
