Chocolate always seems to get a bad rap in terms of calorie content,

but that is quite untrue for cocoa powder vs. cocoa butter. Cocoa

powder is loaded with polyphenols and has under 13 calories per

tablespoon. That's lower than grain flours (whole wheat is about 25

calories per tablespoon) or even powdered spices (typically about 20

calories per tbsp.)

I agree.

The problem is, the media and most people interpret

the postive aspect of cocoa (which can be obtained in

the poweder) as a reason (or excuse) to indulge in

chocolate, thinking its a health food.
