Guest guest
I have eaten a lot of potatoes lately and I can attribute my loss of weight to eating potatoes and some greens. Those purple okinawan sweet potatoes are great. Thanks for the tips on finding them. I also wonder about the comments related to rice. My body and the doctor seems to be fine with what I am doing. But, I have pretty much cut out meat and dairy. labs protein works pretty well too. Are we sure it isn't a lot of the other processed stuff people are eating that maybe causing the problems. I don't know if I can give up potatoes and beans and salsa. Two years ago I was 164 lbs. and today I am 144. I also eat rice. Sheesh...I always feel conflicted with all the info. Guest guest
You mention having to give up beans & salsa? Beans & salsa are low glycemic index, certainly not high GI. > > > > Hi folks: > > > > Fatty liver disease: > > > > " Tam Fry, National Obesity Forum board member and chairman of the > > Child Growth Foundation, said it was clear that eating a diet rich in > > high-glycaemic food led to increased fat.
