Hello folks.

I am 6'2 " 217 pounds with " light activity " I want to do CR correctly,

and slowly as advised.

I am using the calculator at :

http://www.scientificpsychic.com/health/cron1.html

Can someone help me understand this:

BMR for control twin with BMI of 22.0 ---1797

ontrol BMR times Activity Factor (Control Calories) ---2470

Control Calories minus Actual Calories ---670

Your Percentage of Calorie Restriction: 27.1 %CR

I would imagine the healthiest way to obtain a 22 BMI, would be to make

my calories equal to 2470 per day? then slowly as x approaches

infiniti, i would obtain a 22.0 BMI, of course as i approach i would

drop my BMI goal to a bit lower?

Basically, I am looking to GET STARTED NOW.. while I read and learn.

I was figuring three 800 calorie meals per day, containing loads of

veggies, some nuts, fush, eggs, fruit.

Would this be a good place for me to start as I read the 3 major CR

books?

Thanks for your input.

Brent
