Can you use the " Ocean Spray " bought in the store instead? Regular water in my

nose hurts waaaaay too much, but that stuff is awesome. My ENT told me about it.

Here are a few tips she taught me that actually work very well - Never

your nostrils with warm salt water before bed. It sounds weird, but it

really helped a lot. You can ask your doctor for a syringe for this. I

thought she was crazy, but I live by it and regret every morning I

didn't use my syringe the night before.
