Guest guest
Can you use the " Ocean Spray " bought in the store instead? Regular water in my nose hurts waaaaay too much, but that stuff is awesome. My ENT told me about it. It has been so bad recently that I'm growing tonsil stones every week. Luckily I am able to " cough " (more like spit) them out and not have surgery for removal. Here are a few tips she taught me that actually work very well - Never sleep in a room with the windows open. Always use an air purifier in your bedroom (I have two because our room is very large). Flush out your nostrils with warm salt water before bed. It sounds weird, but it really helped a lot. You can ask your doctor for a syringe for this. I thought she was crazy, but I live by it and regret every morning I didn't use my syringe the night before. <3 Kendra > For the past few yrs Ive had a problem with getting chest congestion > while I sleep----not every night, and is less frequent if I change > positions. > > I noticed an increase in this when I moved towns and moved home, so > I'm assuming its allergies (I have an appt w/ the Dr), but am > wondering if it could be something else.
