Guest guest
So do we do CR at night or in the daytime? Apparently feeding times are important also? Or do we use a redlight at night to keep from messing up our body clock? What are the CAT compounds being spoken of? Guest guest
Hi Bob: The monkeys that are successfully 30% CRing, and are diurnal like us I believe, are fed three meals a day each day during daylight hours. So I doubt it makes any difference.
