A report released today from the World Cancer Research

Fund says that even people in the top part of a

'healthy' BMI range of 18.5 - 25 should aim to reduce

to be as close to 18.5 as possible. Also as well as

eating sensibly everyone must also aim to be as thin

as possible without becoming underweight, as they

believe body fat is a key factor in the development of

cancer.
