Guest guest
Is there a diet I could follow that would provide all my required micronutrients from food and incorporate only the healthier fats while keeping my daily calories to around 1200? Weighing and entering each food into a database and then having to research and search for something that will provide, say, the rest of the zinc, or pantothenic acid, or something else that I need, takes more time than I have, or I end up overeating in order to get all my nutrients. The task is also so tedious for me that I simply get frustrated and quit, though I recognize that others may enjoy the precision. I'm hoping someone who got to this problem before I did has already figured it out and will share what they know. I would happily try someone else's formula for awhile... I don't think anyone in the diet, health improvement, or weight loss businesses has published a diet like this yet: " Follow our diet and you won't need to take a multivitamin or calcium supplements " . Most seem more concerned with selling branded processed foods, or getting people on a particular macronutrient balance, or restricting some food group or another, or cashing in on a trend.
