Guest guest
Hi folks: http://www.sciam.com/article.cfm?alias=too-much-exercise-may- spe & chanId=sa003 & modsrc=reuters_box http://snipurl.com/1ppao Of course what applies to mice may not apply to us. But I would have thought that the amount mice run voluntarily when given the opportunity to run as much as they want, would not be likely to be a huge amount of exercise. Any more than most humans given a treadmill and invited to run as much as they like would exercise a truly excessive amount. So I speculate that in this case 'excessive' may not mean a huge amount. It would be different if they had required the mice to jog five miles in order to get to where their daily food ration was located. Rodney.
