Guest guest
For the past 5 months I've been implementing CRON by following a 19/5 intermittent fasting plan, lost 13 pounds, and I'm 49 years old. BMI is now 23.1. (Intermittent fasting is the easiest way for me to do CRON.) Just got back my latest blood labs, and I'm very happy to see numbers showing such low risk for cardiovascular disease, diabetes and other problems. However, I'm curious about the low serum iron and would like to know if anyone has suggestions about that. (It's fine the way it is, or eat more meat, or take iron supplements... I eat red meat maybe once a month and also eat a lot of dark leafy greens and other plant foods typically thought to be high in iron. And my multivitamin has 18 mgs, though I haven't been taking those for all that long.) Thanks.
