Guest guest
Welcome Tracey. My name is . I'm the moderator of the group. There are many very knowledgable people on this group as well as a number of card carrying Body For Life Success Coaches. Success Coaches have completed at least one Challenge prior to being invited by EAS to participate in the Success Coach program. Feel free to ask for a coach to help you through your Challenge. I wish you the best of luck in your challenge and we'll always be here for you! That's what we're about, helping people transform their bodies and their lives....one body at a time. =) Hope you wrote your goals down for your challenge. It's very important to be specific about what your goals are and use numbers like clothing size, waist size, pounds of fat to lose, pounds of muscle to gain, strength goals, etc. -Coach
Guest guest
Welcome : I hope you've read our " bible " Dr W's: " Beyond the 120 Year Diet " . That is a must read here. It is in most public libraries. Also please read all our files for further info on what CRON is. There is a lot more to CRON than just eating less. A very varied diet is essential to get the full range of nutrients . Our files and Dr W's book explains this. > From: Nothing <s.valerian@...> > Reply-< > > Date: Tue, 08 May 2007 14:47:42 -0000 > < > > Subject: [ ] intro of a newbie > > Hi everyone.. > I am fairly new to cr, having been a medium weight (130 at 5 feet 4 > inches) for most of my life.
