For the past 5 years, I have been using my cordless mouse to type info into

the computer via the onscreen keyboard. Slowly, I am losing the ability to move

my arm to jettison the cursor across the screen. I know that many of you use

alternative mice and methods of input, so your advise would be appreciated!

Thanks!

Vicki

I use this touchpad with one finger:

It's not wireless, though.

Also have this wireless trackball hooked up for when I simply can't

sit at the computer desk. It works fine but has to be in exactly the

right position for me press the buttons.

Yes, they are both hooked to the same computer up and work without

disconnecting the other.

I use a program called EZ Keys from Words + ( Windows XP version

http://www.words-plus.com/website/products/soft/ezkeysxp.htm or Windows

95/98 version http://www.words-plus.com/website/products/soft/ezkeys.htm

(there is a Windows Vista version too) ). It has several options to

operate the computer with but I use the 1 switch morse code option. I use a

switch with my right thumb. It is expensive but it helps me.

There is also a mouse that you use with your head. HeadMouse is the name (

http://orin.com/access/headmouse/index.htm ). My friend uses the Jouse (

http://www.quadjoy.com/ ). It is a chin / mouth mous.
