intro of a newbie

Hi everyone..

I am fairly new to cr, having been a medium weight (130 at 5 feet 4

inches) for most of my life. I am 32 years old now.

I started eating less last year about in November, just because I felt

like it. I weigh about 118 now and feel alot better than before I lost

the weight.

My method has basically been to eat meat only once a day and eat only

one medium sized meal per day at dinner (protein, green veggie). Lunch

and breakfast are small. I do take vitamins everyday.

I pretty much eliminated most " modern " foods that are over processed

or full of empty calories. I eat very little bread.

Anyway, just thought I would post a little about myself.
