where to buy DK's new paperback edition..?

Not sure if this has been discussed recently. If I recall, there was

some incentive to direct purchases of the 1st edition of EOH to the

same on-line bookstore (was it /Noble?) - as these aggregate

sales would help to raise the status towards " bestseller " .

Is there a similar interest for people on this list this time around?

If it makes a difference, I'd like to make the purchase of the new

edition count in that regard, since I'll be purchasing on-line as ASAP.
