Guest guest
Bill posted a study, of which the conclusion is that pterostilbene, a compount present in blueberries, is of great interest in the prevention of colon cancer. I have blueberries about two days out of three, limiting them to a little over 100 grams each time with the assumption that much of a good thing can be bad. But I really have no idea of what an optimal dose could be. Does anyone have an idea? I eat them together with fruits and straw- or raspberries.
