Guest guest
I'm not sure how we got into the " waif " look. This group is all about moderation, not extreme thinness. If you look in our photos files, you won't see anyone male or female (including myself) looking " waiflike " . (Oops Liza May in our files does look waiflike, but Liza is not in our group. She just happened to be at that meeting where the photos were taken). I am 5'4 " , weigh 110', have a BMI of around 19 (as recommended in our files - BMI between 18 and 22), and have typical female curves and fat deposits where most woman have them. Perhaps you guys talking about extremes should read our files. > From: chris <ucla_mishka@...> > Reply-< > > Date: Mon, 7 May 2007 12:43:02 -0700 (PDT) > < > > Subject: Re: [ ] Maintaining muscle on CR diets > > You didn't read the whole sentence.
