I'm not sure how we got into the " waif " look. This group is all about

moderation, not extreme thinness. If you look in our photos files, you

won't see anyone male or female (including myself) looking " waiflike " .

(Oops Liza May in our files does look waiflike, but Liza is not in our

group. She just happened to be at that meeting where the photos were

taken).

I am 5'4 " , weigh 110', have a BMI of around 19 (as recommended in our files

- BMI between 18 and 22), and have typical female curves and fat deposits

where most woman have them.

Perhaps you guys talking about extremes should read our files.
