Guest guest
What counts is the amount of calories averaged over your entire lifetime. So a few overeating days now and then will not mean that much. Now if you did it regularly, well that would be something else entirely...... So don’t fret over it. Just try not to do it next time. But if you do (during a special occasion for example), just climb right back on the wagon the next day. Every now and then I seem to do that although usually I am a pretty good cronnie :-). I was curious what you guys do if you do that? Do you fast to average out the calories? Just eat less? Keep track of your average? Lemme know if anyone has any advice. Thanks.
Guest guest
I like to plan for special 'overeating events' by eating less the day before and the day after. Of course, my level of overeating is always more moderate than what the average person would consider overeating! -Dave --- In , " hergertjs04 " <hergertjs04@...> wrote: > > I overdid it a little celebrating this 4th of July. Guest guest
--- I fast every Tuesday and Friday in the manner of the old Methodists from sundown the night before to 4:00 PM of the day I am fasting. Any liquids are fine and I find that it is extremely easy. This seems to offset any " mistakes " or overeating that I do. I am hypoglycemic and was sure I could not do this, but it is easy. I also spend some more time in spirtual reflection (during the times I would normally be eating!) Remember: Each day we begin again. That helps me!
