Hmmmm.

In what way is the brain sensing dietary restriction? We have

discussed this before. If the sensation of hunger is a significant

factor in communicating this information, then consuming lots of zero-

to-very-low caloric content foods, so as not to feel hungry, may

defeat the purpose.

It may be that we simply have to feel hungry to get the benefit.

Possibly.
