Guest guest
Hi All, Below, are two CR videos. I also include the reference from the first video (presented at the symposium) of the free-full text paper by Holloszy JO. The data on the http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TUNEL_assay of CRed apoptosis in later life appeared to be new and impressive. Is Caloric Restriction the Key to a Longer and Healthier Life? Guest guest
I am more convinced that CR is the way to go now that I viewed the two videos. Thank you for much for the reinforcement of CR! I hope I can get my husband into also based ont this evidence. He has high blood pressure and strokes in his family. I have MI and strokes in mine. Have been on CR for 5 months now and have seen a decrease in my blood pressure since I started to the 115/60 from 135/82. I was very interested in Louis Fontana's research. Does anyone know where else we could read his information? The 1/2 hr was a tease to me. Who is actually involved in his research? I'm an old nurse and would love to read more/be involved. Thanks again! Jane > > Hi All, > > Below, are two CR videos. Guest guest
Hi Jane, I am pleased at your success with and enthusiam for CR. The below papers have been published with Dr. Fontana as an author on CR, at least one is free full text and all are pdf-availed from me.cjanespence <cjanespence56@...> wrote: I am more convinced that CR is the way to go now that I viewed the two videos.
