I've continued taking them and I've not had a single UTI which is very unusual. Before I was pregnant, I got one or two a year. I LOVE the cranberry supplements! I get mine at Walgreens. How much do you take and how often? Thanks for the tip. Several of you have given me ideas and I thank you too. Now I just need these post-illness aspirations to stop and get to the pharmacy. The pills are about the size of a tylenol and are actually squishy. I've never tried but I bet you could squeeze it out onto a spoon or into a drink. If I think about it tomorrow, I'll try it. Anyhow, I take one daily. If I've stressed my bladder, I take two just to be safe. Feel better soon!
