Guest guest
, maybe you have considered this already, but I recently discovered that I am sensitive to vasoactive amines like tyramines and histamines. They cause (in me) pain and inflammation, as well as migraines. Some people lack the enzyme in their livers to get rid of these amines. Others are more affected due to taking MAO inhibitors. It's worth looking into, if you have not already done that. Certain foods are high in these amines, and other foods gain amines if stored over time (for example, meat left over from a previous meal builds amines as it sits in the fridge).
