Hi ,

How are you? Long time no see. Did you ever clear things up with the

waiver? I'm in the same boat as you are and did not have the fusion done. If

you

remember, my spine is severely twisted. My scoliosis has progressed a lot

this year IMO, so I started adding ROM exercises to my daily routine. I don't

think there's any specific stretches that I can tell you since our bodies

are different, but what I do is stretch every part of my body that can be

stretched. like my neck from side to side and have someone stretch me so I tuck

my

chin. I do the same thing with my legs, knees, and back. You just have to

be careful, especially when stretching the neck. I do it until I feel a

stretch, but sometimes that requires a lot of force from the person stretching

me. Hope you are doing well, and have a Merry Christmas!

Have you thought about a massage therapist and chiropractor.  This has helped

Landry from becoming contracted in the knees and elbows.  Read his story at
