Here’s what I meant to say: I assume you mean the study which suggests that Vit D supplementation is not a good idea, which was posted here in post # 26851. He seems to be a genuine researcher from a quick “google” search. I also checked “Quackwatch” and didn’t see him listed. OTOH, that does not mean that one study out of hundreds about Vit D is the one that counts. We’ll have to see if future researchers agree with him. Dr. Marshall says that he has a PHD in bio-medicine but many in various internet forums think his PHD is in electrical engineering. Others call him a quack.
