[[Aside from reading Walford, have you read all our files?]] ** Not all of them .. yet. I have been surfing the archives and breezing the files. Francesca again [[We have a specific file on just exercise and its¹ relationship to CRON.]] ** Great. Ill look for it specifically. [[How tall are you? I assume you are female (if not I apologize) ? It would be hard to judge if you¹re overweight without knowing your height.]] ** I am 5'6 " , female, and do not consider myself overweight, but would feel more comfortable at 120lbs. Francesca wrote [[in any case, do not go below 1000 cal a day! That would be dangerous and is specifically mentioned in Dr. W¹s book.]] ** I appreciate the advice, but can assure you, with my physical activity level, dropping to 1000c a day would be tough (book advice or not). [[it sounds like you¹re doing everything right (unless you¹re miscalculating your actual caloric intake somehow).]] ** The fitday.com site is a good tool, but general. I dont use it for anything other than a way to track my food and activity, and as a general caloric guide. [[Remember It¹s not about weight at all! It¹s about calories eaten and eating the ON foods. In fact the obese/obese mice that Walford mentions are the ones who lived the longest. These are the mice who retained the higher weights.]] ** Right .. that message is coming across loud and clear. In fact 'high-density' foods, 'super-nutrient' foods, and the like, is what led my research to CR and then ON. ly, CR alone didnt appeal to me .. upping my nutional value does. Well, that and assuring that my body is healthy enough - particularly the lower intestine - to absorb all those vital nutrients. Otherwise .. I have enjoyed reading the archives so far. There is a wide array of valuable information and informative feedback from different perspectives. Certainly lots to consider! Om Peace!
