There is no thimerosal listed in the ingredients, but there is 225 mcg of aluminum (as amorphous aluminum hydroxyphosphate sulfate adjuvant) in each 0.5 mL dose.In Merck's document on GARDASIL, on page 8, it is mentioned that GARDASIL has not been evaluated for the potential to cause carcinogenicity or genotoxicity. Knowing how the CDC works and how close they are with Merck they'll

probably make it mandantory for boys too!
