** I appreciate the endorsement. I downloaded java and the Cron-o-

Meter this morning.

I am disappointed that it does not have a functioning area to track

exercise (fitday.com does). I like that it allows me to create a

recipe, because I eat .. non-conventional foods. Fitday does not do

this, but does allow me to create a 'custom food'. I entered my

breakfast information into both this morning and the overall numbers

were only slightly different. More than likely, I will continue to

use both for the sake of comparison, but so far, prefer fitday.

Tell me .. does the Cron-o-Meter keep track of everyones input, by

way of a large scale comparison?

And in closing, I was at Borders yesterday and saw _The CR Way_ so

bought it. I figured, if anything, it would be a companion to

Walford's book. I am on page 13 and have looked at the recipes in

the back. So far .. it seems like an easy-to-follow read.

Om Peace!
