Guest guest
Awhile back there was a thread here about the benefits of avoiding sulphur containing proteins to extend life (particularly methionine). Whey protein was mentioned as a good source for protein with low methionine. According to this paper, pea protein isolate might be a good vegetarian source of protein with similiar amino acid profiles (high branched chain amino acids, low sulphur amino acids): http://upload.foodnavigator.com/pdf/Roquette-PeaproteinandsportsnutritionNutraIn\ gredientswk14-2008.pdf
