Awhile back there was a thread here about the benefits of avoiding

sulphur containing proteins to extend life (particularly methionine).

Whey protein was mentioned as a good source for protein with low

methionine. According to this paper, pea protein isolate might be a

good vegetarian source of protein with similiar amino acid profiles

(high branched chain amino acids, low sulphur amino acids):
