Guest guest
http://sify.com/news/fullstory.php?id=14716601 The good news, " CR devotees are motivated, at least at first, by animal studies that show eating 20 to 30 percent less than considered adequate extends life span. " The bad news, " (even if it also, according to the Journal of the American Medical Association in March 2007, results in bone and muscle wasting, fatigue, constipation, dizziness and other signs of poor health). " This article was found on the Intermittent Fasting Website. Speaking of which, I found after a one day fast of 19 hours, I seem able to control my appetite much better and have even lost 3 or 4 pounds the last few days. ( Also because my glucose meter shows I was rapidly heading toward diabetes. Time to get religion. Seems today at least the glucose is starting to behave a lot better :-) ) a=z PS I know I'm not suppose to lose weight this fast, but since I only have about 8 pounds to go should be finishing in no time and I REALLY want to get those glucose readings down ASAP.
