Have you read our files? Specifically “Aids and Tips” under “Beginning CRON?”

You might try this trick: eating 1/2 your dinner at dinner time and the remainder when you get the munchies thereby sticking to the same # of calories.

At the very least, make your snack a healthy one. I have my “dessert” at that time: berries, fat free yogurt, walnuts and cinnamon. Sometimes I even top it with a capful of liqueur.

I have read the book

and I have my food lists and prepare the meals

but at about 8 to 10 in the evening I get so hungry and nibble a bit

here and there, right out of the plan

anyone have some better tibs on getting the need for muchies under

control, I have tried everything
