Specifically “Aids and Tips” under “Beginning CRON?” You might try this trick: eating 1/2 your dinner at dinner time and the remainder when you get the munchies thereby sticking to the same # of calories. At the very least, make your snack a healthy one. I have my “dessert” at that time: berries, fat free yogurt, walnuts and cinnamon. Sometimes I even top it with a capful of liqueur.
