Or it just might be a dead end.

So far the only proven method of living longer/healthier is still: CRON.

As I posted here a few weeks ago, I notice a vast improvement in my hair with supplemental fish oil. If my hair is fuller, thicker, glossier, healthier, just think what benefits this fish product (I assume) is doing to my insides. Based on this admittedly anecdotal data, I am of the opinion that fish is beneficial.

I now take very few supplements, but fish oil is one of them. Another is Vit D in the winter. And once a week I add K after Rod pointed out its’ scarcity in food and its’ benefits.

BTW the “advanced search” feature in the archives is fabulous. If you are searching for a particular topic (for example Vit K) and a particular poster (for example Rodney) it will find it in a flash.

Hi Francesca:

Thank you. Interesting point. So, taking the logic a little further then (always remembering that logic can sometimes 'lead you up the garden path'!) perhaps by this line of reasoning, too much methionine doesn't cause the 'diseases of aging', but instead just raises the rate of aging?

While CRON prevents the diseases of aging.

So CRON with low methionine ................... maybe(!)?

Rodney.
