Guest guest
Hi folks: We have discussed organic foods here previously and not everyone is in agreement as to whether they are desirable or not. Here is a letter to Consumer Reports written by one of the world's most eminent authorities on the subject. It was sent in response to an article in the magazine. The letter is now quite dated but it does explain, in a way that is easy to understand, some of the important principles involved is assessing the risks of agricultural chemicals. http://www.organic-center.org/reportfiles/Ames_Response_Eightpages.pdf Rodney.
