Guest guest
All I have derived benefits from reading the recently published book, The CR Way. I find that preparing the recipes at the end of the book help me create healthy meals for the week and stay on track with my nutrition. My practice of CR, at least from my viewpoint, is a little different than the authors in that I don't do fasting. I'm curious however, why there is no mention or discussion in the list about the book. It is a good book for those of us that practice a vegetarian or vegan CR way. I have found other CR books to be written in a way that is not be very supportive of a vegetarian CR style. I have not met the authors personally yet but hope I will in the future. It's possible that they practice a dedicated version of CR, although not extreme, in their own views. I'm not making a judgement on that, merely quoting from the Q & A in the appendix of the book. Thanks, Arturo
