question on probiotic drink

All,

I could not find Beanzyme or Beano locally in Shanghai, so I

asked help in finding something similar. I consume Beanzyme

twice daily after my guar gum puddings (part of my CR diet),

otherwise I have a lot of grumbling in the stomach. I consume

a bit of dairy (yogurt) which helps digest the guar gum, but

the enzymes are necessary for anti-gas. So I asked what I could

take that is available here. I was pointed to a product

whose name in pinying is “ang li yi hao”. I have started taking

it. It

seems to work. I noticed that my stools are not as loose. As

a vegetarian, I think my system doesn’t always digest food

properly. This product seems to be slowing down the food

transit and I’m not feeling grumbles in the stomach. Since

I plan to consume it twice daily, what is the opinion of the

experts in the group? Is this safe as a product consumed
