Guest guest
what advice do you give to women who practice CR and are hoping to increase their fertility, or are women advised to stop practicing this lifestyle when they decide to start trying for a baby? i am talking about the time period before conception- obviously pregnant women are advised to eat more. however now that i'm on the topic, from a CR standpoint how much more should pregnant women eat? thank you in advance. Guest guest
You could be decreasing the chances of getting pregnant if you’re not menstruating regularly. Eat as many calories as necessary for regular cycles. Plenty of time for CRON later after childbirth and breast feeding is past.
