That's according to the family's lawyers, who say the jury yesterday found the executive director, three teachers, a doctor and an administrator at the Boston Higashi School responsible for the physical abuse caused to Tedeman. Tedeman's family says it discovered the abuse in 2000 and later withdrew him from the school where he was a residential student for 14 years. Lawler -- a lawyer for the school -- says a number of people were found not negligent in the case. ___ Information from: The Boston Globe, http://www.boston.com/globe Copyright 2006 Associated Press.
