Guest guest Posted July 28, 2009 Report Share Posted July 28, 2009 I have read the book and my family and I are going back to basics with our diet. my query is what can we eat for breakfast that is suitable for a child with food allergies (nuts, egg, milk) I have found that fruit just doesn't give them enough energy to get through the day.
