Posted by: " Rodney " perspect1111@... perspect1111 Wed Jun 17, 2009 2:25 pm (PDT) Hi folks: I saw a recipe recently that called for " de-fatted peanut flour " . This might be an interesting product. If peanuts really do contain resveratrol, it probably isn't in the oil. And lots of peanuts are crushed for their oil content, so the bybroduct of that process - defatted peanuts - should be readily available. Does anyone know of a good source? Rodney. --------------- Hi Rodney Two fellow CRONie bloggers wrote about the defatted peanut butter. Would that help you? I'd like to try this product, since I'm addicted to PB, but I am not sure i could get it here in China; at least I don't know how to ask. Here is the website referenced: http://www.bellplantation.com/index.php?Itemid=35 & id=15 & option=com_content & task=\ view Maybe you can get the product through food manufacturers, although you may have to buy in great quantity (and maybe share the cost with other CRONies. cheers, Arturo
